Payment methods accepted by Noteworthie Gifts online store:

Visa & Mastercard credit cards are accepted via iPay88 Payment Gateway and PayPal.

2. Direct Online Bank Transfer

3. Manual Cash/Cheque Deposit / Manual Online Bank Transfer
You can also do a cash or cheque deposit at ATMs or make an online bank transfer of the total order amount to the following bank account and notify/email us your bank-in slip to "smiles@noteworthie.com", please indicate your Order Number (eg: #1234) in your payment notification, or there may be a delay for us to verify your payment made. Please note that this payment method will require 2-3 business days for payment confirmation. Balance will not be returned if you choose this payment method as it is not allowed to put cash in the shipment. You may pay in full amount using online banking instead. (eg: Order is RM7.50 and you paid RM8, the RM0.50 will not be returned.)

SHIPPING FAQs

1. Do you have a shop that I can visit?

We're so sorry we're only an online store.

 

2. How long does it normally take to ship out items once order is made?

Noteworthie Gifts will process your order within 24 hours after payment is made and confirmed, and will ship your order within 2 Business Days* (Mon-Fri & non-public holidays).

If you paid using check, please be informed that a check takes 3 working days to clear, your order will only be sent out after your check is cleared.

 

3. When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped to a Malaysia address will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 3-4 Business Days*.

 

4. Why "Business Days"?

This is because Pos Malaysia's post offices and delivery centers have their operating hours, depending on the location you are shipping to.

By Business Days, we mean Monday to Friday, excluding National and State public holidays. You may experience a delay if you happen to make an order around public holidays. 

 

5. What shipping service do you use and how much does it cost?

Orders to ship within Malaysia are shipped using Pos Laju or Pos Express service selected by the buyer upon checkout. 

  • Pos Laju: RM7 (Flat Rate within Malaysia)
  • Pos Express*: RM4 or RM5 (only for document-size items, depending on the size of items)
    *Pos Express delivery does not require the recipient to sign upon receiving the parcel. Using this shipping method is at buyer's own risk in the event of a delivered but missing parcel. We will not be responsible for a missing parcel if the tracking status indicated that the parcel is successfully delivered.

FREE shipping for orders RM 80 and above within Malaysia only.

 

6. Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Yes! We ship internationally based on the shipping rate in this table. 

 

International shipping will take at least 14 business days, if your shipping address is located out of urban areas, additional shipping time may be required. All international shipping is registered and is trackable.

7. Can I have the tracking number for my order please?

We will send out the tracking number once we have fulfilled your order, and you will receive your tracking number in the email address that you use to place your order. 

 

8. I tried checking my shipment status, but it says that my tracking number is not found or not available?

You will typically receive your tracking number 1 day before the actual shipment. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to be correctly updated into the system by Pos Malaysia, usually by the end of the next Business Day when we have shipped out your order. If this still does not work, please email us at "smiles@noteworthie.com" to reconfirm your tracking number. It is possible that we made an error in the number we sent to you and we apologize in advance for that.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Noteworthie Gifts will make all reasonable efforts to fulfill your order in our stipulated turn-around time. Customers are responsible to have a recipient at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery. Noteworthie Gifts shall not be responsible for shipment received by unauthorized persons, or any delays caused by not having a person to receive the shipment at the time of delivery. Please collect your order within 14 days at the post office indicated on the pick-up slip left by Pos Laju in the attempt of an unsuccessful delivery. Noteworthie Gifts is also not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to wrong shipping address in the order. You may also check your delivery status with the tracking number or call Pos Malaysia's customer service to inquire about where to pick up your items. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed on to the customer in the event of returned shipment due to unsuccessful delivery after 14 days.

If Noteworthie Gifts is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances such as out of stock or damaged item(s), we will contact the customer and arrange for an alternative. Customers can replace the unfulfilled item(s) with other product(s) of the same value or request for a refund for the unfulfilled item(s).

 

9. I just found out there's a mistake, or I've entered a wrong shipping address in my order after I've submitted and paid! What do I do now?

10. How can I track my shipment?

Track & Trace your Pos Laju, Pos Express or International shipment here.

Alternatively, you may contact Pos Malaysia's customer service at 1-300-300-300 (local) or +603 2727 9100 (oversea) to trace your shipment. Please be ready with your tracking number, recipient's name and address when you contact Pos Malaysia's customer service.
