PRICING
All prices are displayed and transacted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
PRODUCT
Product colors may differ slightly from the photo to the actual item(s) due to color calibration of individual's computer and lighting effect from product photography.
Our papers are made out of 100% recycled, unbleached kraft papers. Paper color may appear darker than the photo in different batches of production, the color papers appears dark because they are not bleached with chemicals, which is friendly to the environment.
The actual box prints for our Box of Goodness product may vary from the photos.
PROMOTION
We may have multiple promotion campaigns running at the same time, you can only apply ONE promotional code per order. Promotional codes are NOT to be given upon request, please do not write to us to ask for one. Instead, you may visit our site more often or sign up with our newsletter to receive our latest updates. We reserve the rights to terminate promotion campaigns any time at our discretion without prior notice.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made via PayPal (Visa and Mastercard credit cards), IPay88 Payment Gateway (Visa and Mastercard credit cards, direct online banking), ATM cash deposit, ATM transfer, online bank transfer or cheque payment. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the total order amount including delivery charges.
Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 2 days after the order has been placed. Please email us at "smiles@noteworthie.com" if you require more time to make your payment.
Please indicate your Order Number (eg: #1234) in your payment notification or receipt. Payment without notification or proof of payment will not be accepted as there is no way for us to verify your payment.
Check payment requires 3 business days to be cleared and confirmed.
In the event where we are unable to verify payments, we would require assistance and cooperation from the customer to fulfill the order as quickly as we can. Delays may be expected in such events.
ORDER & DELIVERY
We are an e-commerce business, all orders are delivered via shipping only.
All items on our website are available for immediate fulfillment unless stated as "pre-order" in the product description. Items on "pre-order" will only be fulfilled in the stipulated time frame indicated in the product description. You may request for a refund if you were not aware that you purchased a "pre-order" item at the time of purchase.
We will process all orders within 24 hours after payment is made and confirmed, and will ship your order within 2 Business Days (Mon-Fri & non-public holidays).
Orders shipped within Malaysia will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 3-4 business days.
We do provide international shipping to other countries upon request. Please email us at "smiles@noteworthie.com" to inquire about the cost and delivery lead time for international shipping.
Please allow us 24 hours to respond to any additional requests that you have made for your order via email. A delay in fulfilling your order may be expected in the event of any additional request made.
Noteworthie Gifts will make all reasonable efforts to fulfill your order in our stipulated turn-around time. Customers are responsible to have a recipient at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery. Noteworthie Gifts shall not be responsible for shipment received by unauthorized persons, or any delays caused by not having a person to receive the shipment at the time of delivery. Please collect your order within 14 days at the post office indicated on the pick-up slip left by Pos Laju in the attempt of an unsuccessful delivery. You may also check your delivery status with the tracking number or call Pos Malaysia's customer service to inquire about where to pick up your items. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed on to the customer in the event of returned shipment due to unsuccessful delivery after 14 days.
Pos Express delivery service does not require the recipient to sign upon receiving the parcel. Using this shipping method is at buyer's own risks in the event of a delivered but missing parcel. We will not be responsible for a lost Pos Express parcel if the tracking status indicated that the parcel is successfully delivered.
If Noteworthie Gifts is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances such as out of stock or damaged item(s), we will contact the customer and arrange for an alternative. Customers can replace the unfulfilled item(s) with other product(s) of the same value or request for a refund for the unfulfilled item(s).
